Complex new-build and revitalization projects require a consistent client perspective and professional coordination of all stakeholders involved. We assume this role independently, assertively, and with a strong focus on implementation – from the initial project concept through to successful completion.

Our focus is on structuring projects to be economically viable from the outset, systematically managing risks, and ensuring lasting quality in planning, procurement, and execution. To achieve this, we combine many years of experience in project development with in-depth expertise in construction, contracts, and procurement.

We act as the central point of contact for investors, planners, construction companies, and authorities, ensuring transparent decision-making bases as well as rigorous cost, schedule, and quality control.

Scope of Services:

• Development of usage and project concepts, feasibility studies, and business case validation

• Definition of project, procurement, and contract strategies (e.g. general contractor, GMP, individual trade procurement)

• Preparation, management, and execution of tendering and procurement processes

• Bid evaluation, economic comparisons, and negotiation management

• Client representation during design and construction phases

• Cost, schedule, and quality control, including change and claims management

• Reporting and decision support for investors, lenders, and governing bodies
