We act as independent client representatives for investors, banks and property owners throughout the entire development and construction process, safeguarding their commercial, technical and contractual interests.

Complex new-build and refurbishment projects require a strong client-side perspective and professional coordination of all stakeholders. We fulfil this role independently, decisively and with a clear focus on delivery – from initial project conception through to successful completion.

Our priority is to establish commercially viable project structures from the outset, manage risks systematically and maintain consistently high standards across design, procurement and construction. We combine extensive experience in property development with in-depth expertise in construction, contract management and procurement.

Acting as the central point of contact for investors, consultants, contractors and public authorities, we provide a transparent basis for informed decision-making while maintaining rigorous control over project costs, schedules and quality.

Scope of Services

• Development of property use and project concepts, feasibility studies and business case validation

• Definition of project delivery, procurement and contracting strategies (e.g. general contracting, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and individual trade contracts)

• Preparation, management and execution of tendering and procurement processes

• Tender evaluation, commercial assessments and contract negotiations

• Client-side representation throughout the design and construction phases

• Cost, programme and quality management, including change control and variation management

• Reporting and decision-making support for investors, lenders and governance bodies
