With over 20 years of experience in the planning and construction of office, residential and commercial properties, as well as the structuring, management and optimisation of pan-European real estate investments, Dr. Alexander Hanisch brings extensive expertise to the provision of integrated advisory services for investors and investment management companies.
His professional track record includes responsibility for real estate funds and portfolios with assets under management of €2.7 billion, as well as the leadership of regulated investment structures (AIFs/KVGs) across different market cycles. Investors benefit from his in-depth understanding of governance, risk management, transparent reporting frameworks and professional, reliable investor communication.
On the operational side, Dr. Hanisch has extensive experience in the development and construction of office and residential properties, logistics and light industrial facilities, and shopping centres. His involvement in numerous development projects across Germany and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) enables him to assess opportunities, risks and delivery capabilities realistically – both during the early stages of development and in relation to existing assets.
An established network of investors and industry professionals across the entire construction and real estate value chain supports the effective execution of investment strategies, disciplined capital allocation and the successful delivery of value creation and exit strategies.
