Over 20 years of experience in the planning and construction of office, residential and commercial buildings, as well as in the structuring, management and optimization of pan-European real estate investments, form the solid foundation for the holistic consulting of investors and investment companies.
This experience encompasses responsibility for real estate funds and portfolios totaling EUR 2.7 billion in assets under management, as well as the management of regulated investment structures (AIF/KVG) across various market cycles. Investors benefit from a deep understanding of governance, risk management, transparent reporting structures, and professional, reliable investor communication.
At the operational level, Dr. Hanisch has extensive experience in the development and construction of office and residential properties, logistics and light industrial facilities, as well as shopping centers. Numerous project developments in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) enable a realistic assessment of opportunities, risks, and implementation quality – both in early development phases and in existing properties. An established network on the investor side and along the entire execution and value chain supports the efficient implementation of strategies, disciplined capital allocation, and the successful realization of value creation and exit strategies.
